Originally from the Tennesee Valley, Dr. Moriah Lorge began her career practicing within general practice locally and recently transitioned to emergency animal care. Dr. Lorge holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal and Dairy Sciences with a Minor in Biology from Mississippi State.  In 2021, she earned her doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University. 

Dr. Lorge has special interests in ultrasonography, surgery, critical care, and mixed animal practice. When not working, Dr. Lorge enjoys being outside, sports, hiking, camping, and traveling. She hopes to eventually travel to all U.S. National Parks! Dr. Lorge has a large pet family including 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 4 horses.
